Newsletter – 15th November 2019

Our book fair is on next week, Monday to Friday, so please make a little time available at the end of the day to come in and have a look in the lower hall. We’ll make sure that the children have a chance to have a look during school hours too. All proceeds go to helping us keep the library really well stocked with interesting reads!

We are also looking for any volunteers that might like to help out in the library itself in the period at the end of the day from 2:50pm until around 3:30pm when we have the library open for parents to visit when doing pick up. If anyone has any spare time at the end of the school day they could offer it would be very gratefully received!

Please find attached an updated school dinner menu – next week is week 1.

Sports news

Our Goalball team represented us this week in the annual tournament at Garons and did us proud. They performed really well with lots of laughs (even though it is supposed to be a silent game!) and came 4th overall – well done team!

Thank you to everyone who came to Quiz Night last Friday, another great evening hosted by Clips & Pieces. Congratulations to all the raffle winners and to the winning team The Five Finder Outers. Thank you to everyone for your support, we raised almost £800!
